Wish me luck!

When I finished school, I loved performing arts and for another part I was interested about political and social events. I’ve never been a journalism lover, but I saw a good combination in the job of a journalist. I imagined that I would travel so much and I wasn’t staying in an office.
I eventually found a more specific job that I would like to do; imagine new stories and write scripts for movies. I need to specialize myself on that matter to make that wish come true.  So, my plan to the immediately future is made a creative writing major in London. Why this city? Because is one of the most featured in that scope, and for another part, I would have a place to stay without paying rent.
I know that the workplace of scripts writers is very specific, even more in Chile, and therefore I’m prepared for the possibility of having to find another country to develop my job. I expect to have to travel and see a lot, if I can always go back to my home, of course.
I know I’m a dreamer, but I think that if I work hard and have a little bit of luck, I can do it. I hope that!

The best party I ever had!

The best party that I've ever go was in Niza, that's on Blue Coast of France. In the spring of 2015. I had just arrived at the city that afternoon, when I saw an outdoor stage in front of the beach, with a lot of people waiting to cross the fences that surrounding the place. I had other things to do, so I was returned at midnight. At that hour all the people was in the party, soaked in paint and so crazy about the music.
There was a pair of  machines that launched two thousand liters of painting during that night. I wore a new shirt that was left stained by paint of many colors, but it was worth.
Different Dj' played music all the night. The speakers sounded very loud, but if you walked a few steps you could hear the sea.
I didn't take drugs, but that night I was feel in another mood. I didn't care about what people could say and I made the most crazy moves. Most of the people didn't made so much, just only shook their heads. I guess that europeans are not very good for dancing.
I went alone, but it was not a problem to have a great time, it was actually the best part.

What does it mean for me to learn English?

When I was at primary school to learn English was a very important thing for me. Part of my family is from Britain, this point made me feel with some kind of responsibility about the preservation of my origins. Sometimes I felt ashamed of my regular English.
At this time learn more English is indispensable for me, maybe, because I want to fulfill the expectations of my family. My grandfather always tells me to speak in English is very necessary in this globalized world, of course that this is even more important if I want to job in other countries (that´s one of my plans).
The last point is the strongest argument on why I need to learn English, it's a great tool that facilitates travel to other parts of the world and also helps you to meet different people.
I must admit that I need more vocabulary and practice to be good in English. Usually I forget how to say basic words and I speak something like "spanglish". Also I need to recover the pronunciation that I had when I was a child.

My last holydays

Last summer I went on holidays to Argentina and Uruguay. I hitch hiked with my boyfriend all through both countries. We camped on service stations and made friends with truck drivers, who often gave us food or money. We met the most kind, interesting and all around caring people in the world.
At the beginning we travelled through the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán, Salta and San Salvador de Jujuy. Maybe, one of the more breathtaking things was the poverty level in the north of Argentine.

After that we crossed from Gualeguaychú to Mercedes. We saw the Montevideo´s carnaval at the first day in the capital, it was so funny! Also, we went to the beaches of Punta del Este and Rocha. La Paloma was my favorite one; in that place we saw many birds, creatures of the sea and turtle´s eggs on the sand.

We travelled for about one month, until we had to come back because of an emergency. It definitely was one of the best holidays ever, because I learned more about other countries of South-America.

Ravenstonedale: a magic place

I would like to go to England, to be more specific, I would like to go to Ravenstonedale, because my grandparents come from that place.
Ravenstonedale it´s a village located in Yorkshire Dale, that´s in the north-west part of England, in the United Kingdom.
I would like to visit the historical parts of this very old place, learn more about the origins of my family, and also I would like to explore the environment riding a bike.

I would like to live a season in the outskirts of the village, in a place with a lot of nature, if I can of course! I imagine that it´s will be one of the more comfortable and magic places to me. I have only one fear…the weather; the rain and the extreme cold. And maybe I would make a report about the north-west of England to a travel magazine or an audiovisual program that search attractive parts to show on the television.
